  • 6+ years plus in a Talent Acquisition role
  • Post-secondary education
  • 360-degree experience throughout the recruiting cycle
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of corporate roles
  • Keen interest in helping to build diverse teams and talent pools in the tech and healthcare space
  • Build a pipeline of top active and passive talent through active outreach, researching, sourcing, events, partnerships and networking
  • Own 10-15 roles and candidates throughout the full recruiting cycle, with minimal direction
  • Lead the search for roles in our corporate functions and may also support active searches for other roles in the organization
  • Bring a quality over quantity approach to sourcing and recruiting to make sure we are hiring the right people into League
  • Build a strong partnership with VPs for respective business units to make decisions, evaluate talent and put the best talent forward
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience to all candidates who engage with League
  • Qualify candidates for skill competencies and alignment to our mission
  • Manage multiple candidate channels including agencies, advertising and other recruiting campaigns
  • Bring creative ideas and feedback to fellow talent team members to help improve our team practices
