- Collaborate with the USCAN BRM team and business stakeholders to analyze business requirements and identify opportunities to leverage digital and AI for improving various aspects of our operations.
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing new digital solution /AI models, algorithms, and solutions to address specific business challenges and opportunities.
- Conduct research on emerging trends, digital tools, and techniques in AI, machine learning, and data science to enhance Clarios capabilities.
- Contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions and tools that drive innovation.
- Working with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate solutions, and continuously improve the performance and effectiveness of AI models and digital applications.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting edge solutions into existing systems, processes, and workflows, ensuring seamless adoption and scalability.

↑ 0%The European Commission has approved Clarios's acquisition of three Ecobat lead recycling plants in Germany and Austria without conditions. The sites are located in Braubach, Freiberg and Arnoldstein. Clarios, a major producer of lead-acid batteries for the automotive sector, already operates recycling facilities in Germany and Spain. The acquisition strengthens its vertical integration by adding capacity to process spent batteries and produce secondary lead and alloys. Brussels examined the transaction's impact across the value chain, including scrap battery supply, secondary lead production and tolling services. The investigation found that competitors retain access to sufficient recycled lead volumes through alternative smelters, and independent recyclers maintain adequate outlets. The Commission concluded Clarios has no incentive to reduce scrap battery purchases.

The new subscription-based service, named Battery Manager Pro, provides continuous battery health monitoring, predictive replacement planning and automatic delivery of replacement batteries when needed. Clarios announced the new service at the Technology & Maintenance Council's 2026 Annual Meeting and Transportation Technology Exhibition. Battery Manager Pro enables a more data-driven approach to battery management than the typical buy and replace model, in which fleets sometimes replace batteries earlier than necessary or wait too long and experience a battery failure. Courts joins Clarios as chief legal officer. March 19, 2026: Clarios has appointed Chris Courts as chief legal officer to succeed Claudio Morfe, who is to retire in July. The battery manufacturer announced on March 16 that Courts was joining its executive leadership team. Courts joins Clarios with more than 24 years of international legal and governance experience including in the US and Europe. He most recently served as executive VP and chief legal officer at aluminium rolling and recycling business, Novelis, where he oversaw global legal strategy, corporate governance, risk management and regulatory affairs. Clarios president and CEO Mark Wallace said Courts has a strong track record of partnering with businesses to drive sustainable, long-term growth.
