Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in transportation, logistics and/or compliance
- Strong understanding of Warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving
- Thrives in a fast-pace, ever-evolving startup environment
- Experience with courier (FedEx) and freight (LTL) transportation interactions and transactions
- Self-motivated, energetic, dependable, honest, and thorough
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills are required
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with ERP systems, WMS & TMS systems
- Ability to change direction and handle multiple responsibilities and tasks on a regular basis
- Can-do attitude; eager to cooperate with others with exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Up to 10% Travel involved to audit inventory at the distribution center partners
Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders and inventory accuracy in both distribution center locations, work closely with Order mgmt., Purchasing, 3PL partners, brokers, and finance teams
- Responsible for managing inventory requests for all Outset internal and external teams/customers, including but not limited to counting, tracking, organizing, and resolving inventory issues
- Serve as liaison between 3PLs (both internationally and domestically) and Outset's order mgmt. / customer experience teams
- Assists in preparing, reconciling monthly and annual materials cycle counts and inventories
- Use analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict and enhance supply chain processes
- Freight & warehousing spend reconciliation to meet Accounting/Finance requirements
- Verify quality, type and quantity of materials were accurately received and fulfilled with appropriate documentation
- Oversee order delivery; typically, white glove service with our transportation partners to ensure and measure on time performance
- Effectively communicate, respond and resolve assigned logistics cases
- Prepare and maintain records of product shipped
- Track and transact the shipments throughout the supply chain from CM to 3PL, systemically in our ERP system (QAD)
- Own and coordinate split distribution strategy between warehouses

Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with QAD is a plus
- Experience working in a multi-channel environment (D2C, B2B). Enterprise and medical experience a plus
- AA degree, Bachelor's degree, or some college experience is a plus
