Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube and others.
  • Plan and manage a content calendar that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and meets the needs of our clients and target audiences.
  • Curate and manage high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, with the support of the creative team, that resonate with our audience and supports brand objectives.
  • Scheduling and publishing social media content through Sprinklr and managing blog content publishing on WordPress. Publishing outside working hours might be required occasionally.
  • Monitor and respond to community interactions, fostering a positive and active online presence. Engage with followers, answer questions, and encourage discussions.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and content performance. Provide regular insights to inform future strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated content across all channels.
  • Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
