Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruiting or talent partnering for Sales/GTM roles within SaaS driven businesses. (Essential)
  • Track record of successfully filling roles across commercial functions, including leadership-level hires.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and consult with credibility.
  • Familiarity with hiring tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms) and data-led recruiting.
  • A growth mindset – you’re always looking to learn, improve and try new approaches.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain structured recruitment processes, ensuring hiring is fast, fair, and scalable.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, culture fit, and potential.
  • Manage offer processes including salary benchmarking, negotiation, and candidate experience through to acceptance.
  • Drive hiring velocity while maintaining a high bar for talent and experience.
  • Set clear expectations with hiring teams, drive accountability, and ensure alignment on process and outcomes.
  • Share market insights and talent trends to influence org design and headcount planning.
  • Run thorough briefing sessions and alignment meetings with hiring teams.
  • Guide interviewers on structured interviewing, unconscious bias, and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Deliver thoughtful feedback and maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates throughout the process.
  • Represent the company authentically and enthusiastically to external candidates and networks.
  • Develop project plans for key hiring sprints and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and improve hiring funnel metrics such as time-to-hire, conversion rates, and source of hire.
  • Lead hiring retrospectives and review cycles to identify bottlenecks and scale what works.
