  • A candidate based in the North Bay (ex. San Rafael, Novato, Santa Rosa, Sausalito)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of field-based sales, marketing, or business development experience
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and data analytics platforms
  • Valid driver's license with active insurance
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and empathetic listening abilities
  • Comfortable with cold outreach via phone and email
  • Achievement-oriented mindset with proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior living community leadership teams, serving as primary liaison and presenting our care model to staff, residents, and families
  • Own the complete enrollment process from lead generation through patient onboarding, executing prospecting campaigns, and on-site events to achieve monthly enrollment targets
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding residents' unique health needs while developing comprehensive growth strategies for each community partner
  • Test and refine outreach strategies while collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Clinical teams to optimize our growth playbook
  • Maintain accurate tracking of all interactions in Salesforce, facilitate smooth patient transitions, and analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in senior living, senior health, or healthcare sales is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and senior care industry, preferred
  • Experience with value-based care models is preferred

Pine Park Health brings medical care directly to assisted living communities by partnering with health plans to provide on-site primary and urgent care for residents. Clinicians are embedded in partner facilities to conduct routine check-ups, manage chronic diseases, and coordinate urgent care with the resident’s broader care network, reducing the need for residents to travel off-site. Its approach centers on in-community care funded through health-plan contracts, differentiating it from traditional models that rely on external clinics by keeping services inside the living environment and coordinating with other providers. The goal is to improve access to healthcare for seniors in assisted living, keep residents healthy within their communities, and reduce unnecessary hospital visits by delivering coordinated care where residents live.
