Role - Solution Architect

Location: US Remote

Job Description:

• Planning and Coordination: Developing due diligence plans and coordinating with various teams to ensure due diligence is conducted smoothly.
• Execution of Due Diligence: Leading the execution of due diligence, including setting up processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Data Analysis: Analyzing assessment data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Reporting: Preparing detailed reports on challenges and outcomes and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality and accuracy of due diligence through regular reviews and audits.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicating with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and providing updates on progress.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for improving processes, people technology and implementing changes.
• Frameworks: Identify and implement frameworks across the QE SDLC - Unit, Code Coverage, Test Automation, Performance, etc..
• Test Automation: Implement tools and frameworks like Selenium, Java, C#, Python, Appium, and more
• Quality Assurance: Integrate testing processes into the development lifecycle, using a shift-left approach to identify defects early
• Continuous Integration and Delivery: Work within CI/CD pipelines to automate testing processes for rapid and reliable software releases
• Performance Testing: Conduct performance tests to ensure applications meet required standards for speed and reliability
• Collaboration: Collaborate with development teams in DevSecOps environments to integrate testing into the software development process
• Data Testing: Implement automated data testing solutions to ensure data accuracy and quality, especially in environments involving data lakes and transformations
• Tool Development: Develop and utilize in-house tools like CoCo to optimize testing efforts and reduce costs
• Advanced Test Automation: Designing and implementing complex automated test frameworks
• Quality Strategy Development: Developing and executing strategies to ensure high-quality software products
• Performance and Security Testing: Conducting advanced performance and security testing to ensure robustness and reliability
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate testing into the development process
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in testing processes and implementing solutions.
• Reporting and Analysis: Analyzing test results and reporting findings to stakeholders, providing insights into product improvement.

Must Haves:

• Assessment ability in QE and excellent communication skills
• Exposure to multiple QA/QE tools/frameworks and Automation focus.
• Ability to develop and implement solutions based on assessment findings

• A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $150,000 - $160,000.
