PointOne provides an AI-powered platform that streamlines timekeeping and billing for law firms by automatically generating detailed time entries and narratives from lawyers’ work. It targets law firms of varying sizes and helps replace manual timekeeping with automated data capture across client matters, reducing admin work and ensuring no billable time is missed. The product works by analyzing legal tasks and activities to produce structured time entries and narrative descriptions, delivered via a subscription-based platform. • Reduces billing preparation time by up to 50% while enforcing outside counsel billing compliance automatically[3].

  • Billables AI undercutting with $50/user/month vs $150, causing 35-attorney firms to reject quotes after trial[1].
  • OCG mandates in NY and CA require audit trails passive tracking cannot satisfy, forcing 500+ lawyer firms to switch to Clio[1].

What makes PointOne unique
