Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience in sales operations or related roles.
  • Proven project management experience, overseeing projects from start to finish.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
  • Drive operational excellence and high data integrity in reporting cadences, rigorous pipeline tracking, and sales productivity – leading end-to-end from ideation of sales strategy to execution through data-driven insights.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share, with a strong emphasis on acquiring new logos.
  • Identify and implement improvements in current workflows and processes that can help improve efficiency and visibility - this might be in Salesforce or other tools.
  • Build programming and content to help new hires get up to speed as quickly as possible, as well as tracking the right effectiveness metrics to see what makes someone a top (or bottom) performer and how we scale those learnings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, offering insights into market dynamics and sales performance.
  • Analyze sales cycles to assess the efficiency of our Sales team and identify areas where the sales cycle could be shortened. Establish a benchmark of sales cycle by region, by product and by client verticals.
  • Manage 3P vendors providing insights for lead generation, sales pitch and client meetings.
  • Oversee CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate and efficient sales processes while driving adoption and compliance. Also, act as a SME for sales inquiries and issues, providing timely resolution.
