Requirements
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience, ideally with an advanced degree such as Master’s or MBA; if no advanced degree, minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience
  • Exceptional critical thinking, with the ability to simplify complex problems into actionable insights
  • Prior experience managing direct and indirect reports, with a willingness to coach and develop their skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects / workstreams at once with different stakeholder groups and simultaneous deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly to C-suite & senior stakeholders
  • Growth mindset with the ability to adapt to unstructured environments and tackle new topics
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
  • High level of precision, capable of independent work in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; familiarity with additional analytical tools is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic projects addressing high-priority business challenges, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive cross-functional alignment
  • Inform leadership decisions through market research, competitive analysis, and strategic insights, synthesizing information for executive consumption
  • Lead high-impact initiatives, including business case development, implementation, and change management
  • Structure and resolve complex, ambiguous operational or business challenges with clear, actionable recommendations
  • Quickly gather and analyze large datasets, leveraging research and insights to enable data-driven decision-making
  • Develop and track key business performance metrics
  • Oversee multiple projects from initiation to execution, meeting timelines and success criteria
  • Balance competing demands to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects
  • Effectively manage expectations and communicate progress across stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience / background in consulting or corporate strategy is preferred
  • Experience with information systems, software suites, operational excellence topics is beneficial but not a must-have

Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory has acquired Czech company Inisoft Group, s.r.o., a provider of regulatory compliance software for the waste management sector. Inisoft's solutions, used by over 3,600 customers, help with compliance and waste data tracking. The acquisition aims to enhance Wolters Kluwer's offerings in environmental regulations. Inisoft's 68 employees will join Wolters Kluwer's Czech and Slovakian unit.
