Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director, Clients to set the standard for Hearst Global Solutions (HGS) and position it as a leader in delivering strategic and innovative solutions.
  • Enhance Hearst’s reputation as a trusted partner by building strong relationships with senior clients, agencies, and global markets.
  • Drive alignment between HGS and the UK Commercial team by attending key meetings, sharing global updates, and showcasing impactful client partner case studies.
  • Foster strong collaboration with internal teams, including Global Account Management, the Creative Hub, and other departments across Hearst.
  • Accelerate global opportunities beyond London, with a focus on markets including the Netherlands, Germany, the Nordics, and the UAE.
  • Contribute to Hearst’s global ambitions and play a central role in shaping long-term international growth strategies.
  • Take ownership of $18M revenue delivery, ensuring accurate forecasting, robust pipeline management, and effective governance to maximise growth.
  • Support the MD Clients with budget setting and deployment, optimising spends to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of professionals in the UK, while managing global representative markets including Germany, the Middle East, and the Netherlands.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performance culture across the department.
  • Act as an ambassador for Hearst and its values, representing the company with integrity and vision in all external and internal interactions.
  • Undertake additional duties as required in line with skills, experience, and business needs.
