Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruiting process for the entire company including; talent research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendations, negotiation and acceptance
Work closely with the CEO to create a hiring strategy and plan and execute to scale efficiently and resourcefully
Develop and employ effective sourcing strategies that deliver strong and diverse talent for current and future needs
Partner with senior leaders across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals
Provide a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process with proactive communication and engagement
Utilize ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate and influence the recruiting pipeline and results
Lead ad hoc projects with founders and leadership as needed
5+ years of full cycle recruiting work experience at a high growth, fast paced, dynamic, and scaling startup or technology company
Experience sourcing and closing profiles ranging from entry level to senior management positions
Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
Experience hiring engineering candidates
Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor
Ability to operate well in a fast moving environment and provide team clarity to ambiguous situations
Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
Experience thriving and prioritizing in a constantly changing environment
Team player with a “can do” and “will do” attitude
Strong computer and technical skills (Google Apps, Microsoft Office, Slack, etc.), working knowledge of core Recruiting practices and principles, systems, and processes, and general HR knowledge
Bachelor's degree

Canary Technologies is looking for a Lead Recruiter who will be critical in helping our team significantly expand. Being one of our early recruiting hires, your work will have a direct impact on Canary’s growth and will also have the ability to lead and expand our recruiting function in the future. This role is for an experienced recruiter who is looking for the chance to build a recruiting function from scratch.

You Will:
