Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience - inside sales
  • Experience with cold calling - high volume inbound or outbound calls
  • Proven track record of success in metrics driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.
  • Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
  • Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
  • Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
  • Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
  • Experience using CRM or student information systems; familiarity with Nexus or CampusVue is a plus.
