Requirements
  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or a four-year high school diploma with four years of full-time experience in housing management
  • Experience in tasks performed primarily clerical, secretarial, receptionist, and/or accounting is not acceptable
  • Incidental contact or interaction with tenants is not acceptable
Responsibilities
  • Assist in resolving tenancy problems
  • Collect rent and rent arrears
  • Interview residents and verify information
  • Inform tenants of Housing Authority rules and regulations
  • Perform income and employment verifications for rent determination
  • Conduct field visits for various purposes
  • Complete annual/interim reviews
  • Attend administrative hearings and make court appearances
