Responsibilities
Provide on-site property management support by tagging and recording general equipment line items in Navy ERP, conducting physical inventories, maintaining subsidiary accounts, and reconciling property records and receipts to ensure auditable records that meet FIAR standards.
Assist technical departments with general equipment property and Navy ERP issues.
Conduct inventories of containers, assist with proper packing, and validate shipping manifests against container contents.
Update standard operating procedures and process guides as needed.
Provide accurate metrics data affecting financial and operational reporting for leadership.
Complete daily Navy ERP transactions and actions, including updates and issue transactions, to record new assets within the required timeframe and within seven days of receipt.
Support property management meetings as needed.
Attend local training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
Complete physical inventories of property within defined timeframes and conduct spot-check inventories as required.
Conduct stock screening to maintain service-level agreement requirements.
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly property reports, including inventory, property pass, MILSTRIP, stock screening, operating materials and supplies, and general equipment reports.
Assist with training technical customers on new processes developed for property screening and material management offsite.

AERMOR is seeking an Inventory Specialist with Navy ERP experience to join our team in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) operations in Virginia Beach, VA. This position will provide on-site support to the Property Management Division, with responsibility for day-to-day activities related to equipment and operating materials and supplies (OM&S), including inventory management, distribution, disposal, reverse logistics, and screening of supply and stock requirements. The position will specifically support equipment tagging and inventory management activities.
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site property management support, including tagging and recording general equipment line items in Navy ERP; conducting general equipment physical inventories; maintaining subsidiary accounts for Assets Under Development, Fixed Assets, and Accumulated Depreciation; and maintaining and reconciling general equipment property records and receipts to ensure records are auditable and meet FIAR standards.
