Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree (B.A., B.S., or B.B.A.) in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement is required.
  • Five to seven years of relevant industry experience is required.
  • The position requires approximately 30% travel.
  • The position works between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; the schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background and drug test.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Owner Furnished Equipment strategy aligned with business and project requirements to achieve service and profitability while limiting risk.
  • Serve as the primary contact for establishing and maintaining processes supporting Owner Furnished Equipment, including panels, switchgear, busway, transformers, and other integrated or produced items.
  • Collaborate with the Excellerate Switchgear Program Manager or equivalent, Operations, Production Planning, and Procurement to ensure supplier Owner Furnished Equipment deliveries meet day-to-day requirements and production schedules at each Excellerate location.
  • Support order management in the enterprise resource planning system, including supplier master-data requirements, order updates, and management for proper receipt and usage according to material specifications.
  • Manage timely resolution of issues and escalate issues outside the project team's scope of responsibility.
  • Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues and ensure execution of corrective action plans.
  • Lead internal and external quality meetings.
  • Escalate issues to operational leaders or the Excellerate Switchgear Program Manager and collaborate on solutions and resolutions.
  • Plan, complete, and implement assignments and responsibilities in a timely manner.
  • Define work, communicate vision and objectives, prioritize tasks, and delegate tasks to appropriate individuals.
  • Measure and monitor the work of individual direct reports and collective teams or task forces.
  • Coach and motivate direct reports or appropriate individuals, remove barriers to success, provide timely feedback and resources, and maintain open communication.
  • Develop relationships with cross-functional leaders within and outside Procurement, customers, and other stakeholders through open dialogue and trust.
  • Prepare, document, and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports.
  • Ensure team members' professional development plans are in place and progressing.
  • Work with Talent on team-member recognition and corrective actions.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned by the organization.
