Requirements
  • BCBA certification and Texas licensure in good standing.
  • Strong clinical judgment and clear, proactive communication.
  • Commitment to working with children and families navigating autism and developmental needs.
  • Ability to perform essential functions including sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 pounds; reasonable accommodations may be made.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise registered behavior technicians and oversee clinical quality.
  • Write and monitor individualized, assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans.
  • Conduct independent assessments and intakes and develop plans for assigned clients.
  • Mentor and train registered behavior technicians and newer board-certified behavior analysts.
  • Partner with families and collaborate live with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and mental health providers.
  • Use standardized assessments including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, and Vineland.
  • Develop functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans around each child.
  • Create skill-acquisition programming across communication, social, adaptive, and academic domains.
  • Use the Care Calculator and outcome-measurement tools including STEP Score and Report Cards.
  • Provide parent and caregiver training as a core part of each treatment plan.
