Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, PR, journalism, or related field
  • 3-5 years of public relations, sponsorships, and/or direct brand experience; B2B preferred
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Familiarity with brand monitoring
  • Experience working with vendors and 3rd party partners
  • HR Technology experience preferred, especially Benefits related
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
  • Lead messaging and brand initiatives
  • Work with public relations team for writing support and coordination
  • Collaborate with multiple team members and provide project management
  • Lead and support content projects such as vodcast and newsletters
  • Provide support for sponsorships and events
  • Collaborate with other departments for brand consistency
  • Analyze market and competitor trends
  • Ensure brand standards are upheld and uniformity is maintained
  • Create measurables and report on KPIs
