Responsibilities
  • Build the internal communications strategy and ongoing programs to keep teams informed, inspired, and connected to Scale’s mission, culture, and values
  • Develop content and execution of All Hands, CEO updates, change management, and more
  • Write and develop messaging around various topics, including business and company strategy, priorities, program launches and announcements
  • Identify opportunities to share organization milestones with the broader company audience
  • Partner with key leadership team members on department-specific All Hands, updates, and other initiatives
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement consistent messaging across the organization
  • Partner closely with internal and external communications team members as well as HR and Business Leads to align on communication opportunities
  • Implement data measurement and analysis strategies to guide internal communications best practices
