The role...

The Administrative Assistant will support the cross-functional administrative needs of our teams. This person will serve as the first line of contact for CST employees, visitors and callers, representing the company with the utmost professionalism. They will also support select individuals and business functions with administrative, clerical and event coordination tasks.

You'll have the opportunity to...

• Answer phones, greet visitors and maintain logbook. 
• Receive, sort, distribute mail. 
• Coordinate catering for meetings. 
• Schedule and arrange travel and transportation for guest speakers. 
• Provide administrative support, i.e., scheduling meetings, reserving conference rooms, event planning and project support. 
• Order scientific journals for employees.

Who you are and what you bring to the team...

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
• Customer service and teamwork attitude.
• Strong written/oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate excellent professional judgement.

Ideally, you have...

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
• Ability to function independently with minimal supervision and direction.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Diligent, conscientious and reliable with a high level of dependability, initiative and motivation.

This position has a starting base salary range of $59,023 to $94,260 per year, which the company, in good faith, reasonably expects to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
