Requirements
  • 5–7+ years of progressive IT infrastructure design and administration experience, including 2–3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience implementing and administering Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, or other SaaS tools at scale.
  • Expert-level understanding of advanced networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Expert-level understanding of IT security fundamentals, including multifactor authentication, least-privilege access, role-based access control, endpoint hygiene, and phishing defense.
  • Expert-level understanding of physical plant network infrastructure, including low-voltage networking, out-of-band management, environmental monitoring, and enterprise power management systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with basic technical project management and the ability to manage multiple technical projects in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • A valid California driver's license, a good driving record, and three years of driving history.
  • An AA or AS degree or equivalent.
  • Willingness to provide on-site support at company offices in El Segundo, North Hollywood, Burbank, and Chatsworth.
  • Willingness to provide remote support for company manufacturing locations in Wisconsin and Nebraska.
  • Availability for at least one week per month of on-call coverage and occasional after-hours incidents.
  • Ability to drive to site locations and complete 25–30% domestic travel.
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, cloud services, networking, infrastructure, and end-user computing environments.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership, including system and software design, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and operational support.
  • Design, architect, manage, and support Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, endpoint security, identity and access management, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
  • Design, architect, manage, and support physical and virtual servers and systems.
  • Develop and improve incident response, patch management, and production infrastructure upgrades.
  • Manage IT vendors, service providers, contracts, and service-level agreements.
  • Develop and improve employee onboarding and offboarding, endpoint deployment and management, and fleet-wide software installations and upgrades.
  • Develop and improve technology and asset lifecycle management processes.
  • Monitor network, server, and endpoint performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
  • Support information technology general controls and regulatory, compliance, and security initiatives.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for networking, infrastructure, endpoint, software-as-a-service, and other advanced technical issues.
  • Administer lifecycle management for user and hardware onboarding, changes, and offboarding through human resources information system and directory or identity and access management integrations.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to teammates.
  • Provide expert-level remote support for network, server, peripheral, cloud, and remote infrastructure systems.
  • Resolve complex infrastructure challenges without unnecessarily affecting production uptime.
  • Manage IT vendor relationships, procurement workflows, and invoice review in coordination with Finance.
  • Oversee hardware and software asset lifecycles from procurement through deployment, refresh, and decommissioning.
  • Maintain disaster recovery and backup readiness and help develop and implement business disaster recovery and resilience strategy and systems.
  • Build and support routine patching and endpoint-management hygiene across the fleet.
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong ability to create and maintain IT documentation, standard operating procedures, and self-service knowledge resources.
  • Understanding of change-management processes and procedures.
  • ITIL Foundation experience, certification, or demonstrated information technology service management process discipline.
  • Proficiency setting up and administering mobile device management, remote monitoring and management, managed detection and response, and related tools.
  • Familiarity with hardware and software security best practices, PCI compliance, CCPA, GDPR, and sensitive data laws.
  • Expert-level understanding of virtualization software, including VMware, Hyper-V, and HP Morpheus.
  • Experience providing white-glove or executive-level IT support.
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Seven-plus years of progressive hands-on technical experience, including three-plus years in a technical leadership capacity.
  • CompTIA Network+, CCNA or CCDE, MCSE: Core Infrastructure, VMware, or Microsoft certifications.
