Requirements
  • An active Secret Clearance.
  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 year of Professional Experience.
  • An advanced MS Office skillset to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment accepting emergent tasking with little to no supervision and/or direction.
  • Discretion in performing specified work requirements.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with a vast team of diverse professionals.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines, as well as work independently and with sufficient knowledge to present projects to senior management.
  • Ability to travel 10%.
Responsibilities
  • Represent PMS397L in the management of the CGA program.
  • Work directly with the customer to coordinate between Columbia system SMEs, Electric Boat and the TRFs in the development and review of CGA system packages and the identification and closure of CGA generated probable courses of actions.
  • Assess and assign risk criteria to new actions to help prioritize and guide the closure of action items.
  • Create and maintain CGA program distribution lists for each system under assessment. Distribute CGA packages and draft and route for signature NAVSEA CGA Promulgation letters.
  • Maintain the TRF CGA share-point site, ensuring all supporting documents and POA&M actions are kept up to date and available to stakeholders. Update dashboard, plans, procedures and other supporting documents as needed.
  • Develop and present program briefs, papers and assessments as needed.
  • Provide CGA schedules, metrics and program status as needed for PMS397L, including hosting weekly drumbeat meetings, CGA PITs, monthly PSR/CGA reviews, ILS PIT reviews and semi-annual ISRs.
  • Work with PMS397 organizations, PIT leads, technical experts and working groups to provide and receive data that will aid in the improvement of CGA products and the supportability of CLB systems.
  • Coordinate meeting invites for various stakeholder meetings.
  • Develop a 2M/MTR program within PMS397L to address electronic components that should be considered for the 2M program and work with EB, SEA04 and SMEs to obtain necessary documentation and material to support qualification.
  • Provide insight and historical assessment of similar systems and processes used in the VACL program if they have that history.
  • Work with both NAVSEA and outside customer/vendors to provide the above stated requirements.
