Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a program management or leadership role within a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing scaling HR programs.
  • Strong leadership and influence skills, with the ability to drive change and reach agreement among diverse groups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement innovative HR programs that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders to assess needs, develop effective solutions, and execute on the program with business leaders.
  • Proactively solicit external benchmarking to ensure best practices in programs.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance program effectiveness and organizational efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of HR initiatives.
  • Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Serve as a key advisor to senior management on HR strategy and impact.
