Requirements
  • A minimum of three years of commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration or heating, ventilation, and air conditioning experience is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Applicants must complete a satisfactory background check and drug screen.
  • Applicants must have a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets the company's safety standards.
  • Applicants must be able to complete required paperwork accurately and promptly.
  • Applicants must have customer service skills.
  • Applicants must be willing to meet reasonable on-call requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen cooking equipment.
  • Communicate repair status with customers and the branch office.
  • Complete service calls accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked on the service vehicle.
  • Maintain the service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to company quality standards.
  • Communicate with the branch office to order repair parts.
Desired Qualifications
  • A strong electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning/refrigeration, and mechanical background is desirable.
