Requirements
  • Familiarity with web/app development technologies such as JS, typescript, angular, react, HTML, CSS, Swift, etc.
  • Understanding of web analytics and tracking tools like GA, Amplitude, Mixpanel
  • Knowledge of build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous improvement concepts
  • Strong understanding of agile software delivery and the software delivery lifecycle
  • Understanding of design systems and their composition including libraries, layouts, colour, components, typography, assets
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
  • Drive key strategies and associated KPIs for the user experience enablement tribe
  • Gather, define, and prioritize requirements for front and back-end web technologies, design tools, layout/component libraries, api standards, etc.
  • Own and execute strategic initiatives for horizontal web functions
  • Partner and evangelize with customer teams to promote awareness and adoption of tribe initiatives
  • Own the quarterly roadmap for the user experience enablement tribe
  • Manage dependencies and coordinate external requests between squad(s) and partner teams
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with high-volume commerce websites
  • Product vision construction for a large software organization
  • Exposure to metrics and core principles for front-end and back-end web/app technologies
  • Effective techniques for prioritization, roadmap construction, and stakeholder management
