What you’ll do:
As an Operations Manager at CloudKitchens, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the performance, experience, operations, and management of our facility site locations across the NYC region. The Operations Manager provides leadership and strategic direction for our internal teams and external operators to deliver against productivity + business growth results. Responsibilities include:
- Manage a team of associate operations managers/site supervisors - including owning hiring/staffing needs + performance management
- Participate in planning sessions with management and peers including launch of new facilities + implementation of new SOPs across site locations
- Vendor management - managing facility + property maintenance needs and project plans
- Support the success of customers through setting up scalable processes and facilitating efficient onboarding, support and vendor management workflows
- Review and report KPI metrics to senior operational leadership
- Training, coaching, and inspiring all site locations under scope to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure commitment to high quality CloudKitchens operational policies and procedures
- Communicate with stakeholders to shape product roadmaps, resolve escalated issues from internal teams and escalate customer concerns ensuring a strong customer feedback loop
We are looking for:
- 4-7+ years of experience in commercial property management or related operations role
- Process builder - capable of building scalable, highly efficient solutions to complex problems, competent at managing and improving processes on an ongoing basis and using data to monitor and improve performance
- Real-time operational skillset: capable of keeping a finger on the pulse at all times; able to be highly responsive, decisive and exercise a strong bias to action to quickly, tactfully resolve issues
- Leadership/people management experience - candidates should be employee-obsessed, understands what it takes to build, support and lead a large workforce
