  • Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience in curriculum design or instructional leadership at the district level
  • Extensive experience in curriculum planning and design in the area of mathematics, K-12
  • Demonstrable deep understanding of Early Childhood and Math best practices
  • Strong relationship builder with extensive knowledge of schools and districts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to travel 25%-50%
Responsibilities
  • Become an expert on the company’s products with a focus on math
  • Develop a deep understanding of the issues faced by educators in the classroom and administrators at the campus/district level
  • Collaborate with sales for planning of strategic approach to top 100 districts
  • Provide counsel to communications and marketing for refinement and customization of positioning, messaging, and sales presentations
  • Participate in high-value presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Work alongside product managers on competitive analysis, product requirements, and other product needs regarding math
  • Provide consultation and feedback on professional learning and implementation support for educators, administrators, and parents for literacy products
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to support key stakeholders from school districts to create and implement detailed communication, training, and engagement plans

  • District-level experience working with leadership
  • Experience in planning and design for commercial curriculum developers
  • Experience in planning at the district or state-wide level
