Requirements
  • Seeking a Production Test Engineer who will be responsible for developing test plans and procedures based on contractual requirement documents for assigned programs
  • The candidate will oversee techs and participate in the execution of test procedures for assigned programs, develop general purpose utilities for use in test development, and develop and maintain process work instructions for the Environmental Lab
  • The Production Test Engineer must have a thorough understanding of power supplies, DMM's, Oscilloscopes, etc. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software, specifically Word and Excel, as well as with Windows PC based applications in general
  • The understanding of and ability to implement automated data acquisition techniques is desired
  • The knowledge of and experience with Environmental design verification testing is desired
  • The candidate must be able to translate specification requirements into applied test verification of design requirements
  • Some local travel will be required
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Occasionally needs to be able to work nights and weekend on a periodic basis for program schedule or lab support
  • An Associate's degree in Electronics or a High School Diploma with at least 10 years of experience is required; Bachelor's degree in Electronics is desired
Desired Qualifications
  • Must have at least 10 years of electronics industry work experience; Aerospace experience is a plus
