  • Bachelors in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering
  • Process oriented, preferably lean 6 Sigma trained
  • Hands-on investigating, debugging experience with electronics systems
  • Understands or has owned full cycle RMA process
  • Experience in failure analysis and root cause investigation techniques
  • Previous work experience as a test engineer and/or field service engineer in the EMS industry or consumer electronics industry
Responsibilities
  • Ownership of full cycle of RMA process
  • Lead product failure investigations
  • Identify failed elements through hands-on debugging
  • Report data and perform analytics/metrics
  • Provide technical process and mentorship support
  • Hands-on electronics testing and debugging
