Requirements
  • You have at least 4 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • You are based and have an established professional network in the PACA/AURA region, particularly in Marseille, Nice, Lyon Grenoble and Aix-en-Provence, and deep understanding of the local business ecosystem.
  • You excel at creating and nurturing long-term business relationships, with the ability to engage effectively with decision-makers at various levels.
  • You have strong presentation skills and can articulate complex value propositions in a clear, compelling manner.
  • You are a native French speaker with professional English proficiency (B2 level minimum).
Responsibilities
  • Drive new client acquisition through face-to-face meetings and strategic prospecting, achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with local partners and business networks to create your own pipeline.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations that showcase Qonto's value proposition to potential high value clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Represent Qonto at local business events, be Qonto ambassador in trade shows, and networking sessions to increase brand awareness.
