Skills for Success
- Bachelor’s degree or background in a software, technology, political science, or national security related field.

A Day In The Life- Manager
Your daily mission as a Manager is simple; it’s to:
- Make your clients successful in their unique mission and
- Grow Exiger by providing value to your customers and peers
Everything you do revolves around this mission, which means every day is different because your clients’ needs are always changing and evolving. On a given day, you could do any of the following:
- Develop a presentation that outlines Exiger’s core technology
- Onboard new users and brief them on all the capabilities we can provide
- Imagine new ways to apply the technology based on their mission and work with the internal team to test and roll out
- Conduct training (in-person or virtual) on how your clients can apply the technology to their mission
- Attend a conference about Supply Chain Risk concerns
- Advise your clients on how best to utilize the software and tools they’ve purchased
- Conduct initial troubleshooting on any technical issues your clients are having and work with the tech team to resolve
- Translate your clients’ needs and mission into products Exiger can offer and confidently propose those ideas to the client
- Ask how your clients are doing and get to know them on a personal level when appropriate
- Mentor junior analysts, peers, and leadership
- Provide internal trainings or education on Exiger processes or certain subject matter
- Performance manage junior managers and analysts, growing them in their careers and helping them to be more successful
- Provide support to the sales team to talk about the great work your clients are doing as a thought leader in the SCRM world
- Analyze data in Exiger to make informed recommendations to each customer based on their value drivers
- And much, much more!
Preferred Qualifications
- National security, intelligence, government, or military department experience preferred
- Current Security Clearance Holder, SECRET or higher or ability to get and maintain one.
- Experience in supply chain risk management (SCRM)
- Experience as a Customer Success Manager (CSM)
