Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree
  • At least seven years of professional DEIB experience in roles of increasing responsibility
  • At least three years of experience in HR business partner and/or DEIB business partner roles OR in strategic DEIB consulting
  • An expert level of awareness of the many facets of human diversity, coupled with a firm grasp of the principles of allyship and proven skill in this area
  • Strong consultative skills, including the ability to quickly establish relationships of trust with stakeholders at all levels and partner effectively across organizational boundaries
  • The ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously while effectively balancing program schedules and ad hoc requests
  • Experience designing and driving data-driven DEIB programs, along with the proven ability to interpret data and translate into concrete, practical insights
Responsibilities
  • As a DEIB Business partner, you will help to define DEIB priorities, goals, and measures of success for a dynamic, growing organization
  • You will develop, launch, and manage DEIB initiatives and interventions in close collaboration with HR, talent, recruiting, and business leaders
  • You will serve as a DEIB subject matter expert, taking a consultative and systematic approach to enable your organization to achieve results
  • You will leverage relationships of trust to provide coaching on DEIB matters to leaders up to the VP level and help peers in HR develop their DEIB skills
  • You will make use of quantitative and qualitative HR data to determine organizational strengths and discover opportunities for growth and improvement
  • You will develop feedback mechanisms and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and proactively develop interventions that lead to iterative improvement
  • You will create content for DEIB communications and education to help improve awareness and understanding in your client organizations
