Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong understanding of Linux system administration, virtualization, and networking.
  • Familiarity with mobile operating systems.
  • Self-motivated as a remote worker to effectively manage time and efforts to achieve performance goals.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and customer messaging tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they are fully trained and able to effectively use our product.
  • Serve as a technical resource, resolving customer issues in a timely manner and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams.
  • Collect customer feedback on product functionality and work with the product development team to implement improvements.
  • Maintain regular communication with assigned accounts, understanding their ongoing needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop sophisticated tooling to resolve customer issues.
  • Create and maintain a knowledge base of customer interactions and technical solutions provided.
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to provide seamless customer experience.
  • Expected travel under 5%.
