Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, information management, social sciences, or business-related fields
  • 8+ years of experience at a media agency, marketing analytics firm, or in a quantitative, data-driven field
  • 2+ years of experience in consumer strategy, insights, or business intelligence
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong leader with analytic skills, problem-solving, and independent decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with marketing technology, ad-serving, and web analytics tools
  • Knowledge and experience with syndicated research sources/tools
  • Experience with Multitouch Attribution (MTA), Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), econometric analysis, or other branches of market research
  • Proficiency in R, RShiny, python, SQL highly desirable
Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of managers and analysts in econometric multi-source attribution, addressable attribution, and segmentation analyses
  • Lead multi-source attribution (marketing mix) services within Annalect
  • Oversee consulting engagements with clients and agency teams
  • Translate data into clear, compelling, and actionable insights
  • Collaborate with marketing partners and strategy teams
  • Present results of analyses and research projects to clients
  • Lead understanding of consumer and marketplace behaviors
  • Evaluate data and research/analytics vendors for client needs
  • Work with third-party research/analytics vendors to design and set up projects for clients
  • Aid in the development and execution of the measurement plan
