Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a similar position PCF-15 within Compliance working within the Fintech or Investment banking industry
  • Extensive leadership experience
  • ACAMS / ACFCS or ICA accreditation
  • Practical experience in design, build and implementation of Compliance and AML Programmes
  • Preferably have awareness and understanding of the threat landscape facing crypto but not essential
Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain and manage the Compliance and AML Programme in relation to permission granted by the Central Bank of Ireland
  • Point person for CBI both during and post application
  • Liaise with first line of defence
  • Point person for Gardia and Revenue Commissioners in relation to LERs and SARs
  • Keeping abreast of regulations in Ireland
  • Quarterly board reporting
  • Annual MLRO Report
  • Collaboration with Assurance Testing and Regional AML Risk Management in relation to assurance testing and risk assessments
  • Training of the territory
  • Oversight of policy and procedural documentation
  • Member of the EMEA AML Governance Committee
