Requirements
  • At least three (3) years or more industry specific experience.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities
  • Train new and existing inspectors on job/duty protocols.
  • Coordinate inspector training with Area Managers and Operations Support.
  • Maintain Knowledge Repository.
  • Ensure that annual training requirements are met.
  • Develop reporting on knowledge base trends for future content development.
  • Attend necessary review meetings with Arcxis Area Managers and builders.
  • Provide feedback on trends and data.
  • Provide training as needed or requested by operations.
  • Perform periodic MQR reviews on surveyor in person.
  • Provide feedback to Area Managers on surveyor performance.
  • Develop training specific content for Arcxis University.
  • Create and vet training for certifications, standards, EEP program requirements.
  • Report findings to Training Department.
  • Maintain Training up to date.
  • Track new employee time/scores/completion.
