Requirements
  • 3+ years of payroll and benefits administration experience
  • PCP Certified or working toward a PCP designation
  • Previous ADP Workforce Now, Workday experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Knowledge of multi-provincial and federal laws pertinent to ESA
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, payroll administration, related field, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
  • Support the distribution centres with accurate employee timesheet reporting
  • Update payroll records and answer employee questions about payments
  • Coordinate changes in payroll with the People Team
  • Prepare and maintain Payroll related reports and records
  • Prepare and file ROE in a timely manner
  • Support year-end and T4 processing
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Maintaining and Administering group benefits records
  • All other duties as assigned
