Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or other customer service role.
  • Degree preferred in IT, Computer Science, related field or relevant experience.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer/technical issues.
  • Foundational level of verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and interest in problem-solving.

  • Monitor and respond to requests through the IT helpdesk.
  • Provide technical assistance for systems, software, and hardware issues.
  • Adhere to company policy and internal procedures.
  • Report significant issues to higher tier support team.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
