Requirements
  • Experience with conversion rate funnel optimization
  • Highly proficient in Google Analytics, VWO, Optimizely, or other relevant analytics and A/B testing tools
  • Highly proficient in running tests for websites built in WordPress
  • Analysis or statistical experience to understand significance and sample size
  • Proficiency in modern front-end development (HTML, Schema, CSS, JS, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Python or similar programming language is a huge plus
Responsibilities
  • Be the product go-to for questions relating to website UX performance data, including conversion rates, engagement, bounce rates, and user experience
  • Craft and implement a roadmap to streamline our CRO program and its deliverables, including A/B testing, user testing and other qualitative/quantitative research
  • Directly supervise a Project Manager to assist you in managing client program deliverables and vendor work
  • Plan, implement and analyze A/B tests and user tests at scale. Work with our design, development, and analyst teams to carry test projects from design all the way through statistical analysis and optimization
  • Coordinate test ideas and results with our Client Services team to ensure results are positioned efficiently and accurately with clients
  • Partner with our QC Manager and Channel Marketing Manager to ensure CRO and development vendors' work meets website UX/UI best practices and our internal quality standards
  • Tackle CRO issues quickly and work cross-functionally to accelerate deliverables from hypothesis to delivery
  • Align product opportunities with business goals. Be able to support your product ideas with data and present them clearly to leadership teams and across operations units
