Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with Navy Program Management
  • 3+ years of experience with cybersecurity or Risk Management Framework
  • Ability to analyze, update, develop, and process program documentation, including technical approaches, spend plans, or risk reporting
  • Ability to develop, document, or implement new processes
  • Ability to be proactive and work independently and within a team environment
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, CS, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Information Systems
  • DoD IAT Level II Cyber Certification
  • 2+ years of experience working as an Information Systems Security Officer
  • Experience with NAVSEA or Team Submarine
  • Experience with the Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical System (SWFTS)
  • Experience working with various Navy cybersecurity processes and entities
  • Experience working with eMASS
Responsibilities
  • Overall planning, direction, and success of cybersecurity programs
  • Responsible for the overall cybersecurity program definition, organization, and direction of short- and long-range plans
  • Establishing and controlling technical milestones, schedules, budgets, and costs
  • Formulating and guiding the technical approach
  • Providing consultation regarding defining and negotiating with activity and agency personnel for necessary resources
