Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Be service-oriented, capable of multitasking and self-direction, and able to work effectively with others.
  • Communicate clearly verbally and in writing, including strong phone skills.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer support concerns and promptly return messages by phone, text, and email.
  • Make outbound calls to provide customers with installation and service status updates.
  • Schedule warranty appointments for the Service Department.
  • Enter and maintain customer records and job-related information in the customer relationship management database.
  • Provide work orders to the Service Measure Technician daily.
  • Audit orders for accuracy after confirmation is uploaded.
  • Generate and distribute Uninstalled and Accounts Receivable reports before scheduled meetings.
  • Provide support for the assigned division or divisions.
  • Manage routine customer concerns, help facilitate escalated concerns, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Process electronic credit card and check payments.
  • Assist with receiving products in the customer relationship management database and/or F&O.
  • Support division Accounts Receivable collections and management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Five years of customer support experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus.
  • Customer service or multi-phone-line experience is helpful.
