  • BS or BA degree from an accredited University or equivalent work experience preferred

  • Perform research and develop techniques to identify and mitigate threats, staying abreast of all emerging threats and develop creative solutions to solve customer issues
  • Lead large, complex continuous improvement projects (internal and client-facing) while mentoring and training junior team members
  • Conduct deep forensics to perform root cause analysis - using expert skills in data gathering, data analytics and interviewing. You will recommend and implement remediation solutions
  • Develop and present comprehensive and accurate reports, trainings and presentations for both technical and executive audiences
  • Apply advanced process engineering, like Lean and Six Sigma, to improve quality, speed, and efficiency of operations
  • Utilize automation, orchestration, and scripting to reduce manual processes, improving overall efficiency while also enabling new capabilities to meet the rapidly changing client needs
