Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree preferred (BSEE, BSME, BSCE) or HS Degree with 8-10 years’ experience in electrical or renewable energy industries
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills in electrical troubleshooting
  • Experience with bidirectional inverters, 1500VDC and 630 VAC systems, HVAC & Chiller systems operations & maintenance
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic conditions, work overtime, and travel frequently
  • Valid driver’s license with a good DMV record
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform various tasks like bending, stooping, climbing ladders, etc.
Responsibilities
  • Own responsibility for site safety and operations of energy storage sites
  • Drive and own O&M service business performance metrics for the area
  • Identify and drive service process/cost improvements
  • Inspect, test, repair, and energize utility-scale power and controls equipment
  • Perform scheduled & unscheduled maintenance on various BESS equipment
  • Manage service budget for sites within the portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for project maintenance success
