About the Role
We are a remote first company looking for an experienced B2B Product Marketing Manager to establish our product marketing function. We have incredible product-market fit & demand across a growing set of industry verticals. We need to accelerate our growth by clearly explaining how Squint leverages expert knowledge to boost operator performance and analyze production insights, enabling manufacturing leaders to minimize downtime and enhance quality on a user-friendly platform. As an early member of the marketing team, you will shape the content, messaging, positioning, and playbook for how we market to our customer base.
Responsibilities
Develop Positioning & Messaging: Drive the positioning and messaging for our platform and customer segments, ensuring alignment with our AI/AR solutions.
Understanding Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs): Gain a deep understanding of our platform focusing on the needs of target customer segments and outline approaches to reach them.
Storytelling / Crafting the Narrative: Develop a compelling story explaining Squint’s essential role in the manufacturing industry.
Create Compelling Content: Produce engaging materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, and persona maps to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Support GTM Initiatives: Partner with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team to deliver comprehensive product training and support, ensuring successful market entry and customer adoption.
Setting Goals and Metrics: Be able to develop and outline specific, measurable goals for launches and establish KPIs to assess what success looks like.
Marketing Strategy: Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that includes product positioning, messaging, and differentiation.
Event Representation: There will be several conference / showcase events throughout the year that will require domestic travel.
Qualifications
5-7 years of marketing experience with 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS
Early stage startup experience
Experience launching B2B product assets for a complex product
Eager to move fast & drive impact
Strong communication with the ability to build meaningful stakeholder relationships
Ability to differentiate valuable signal from noise
Ability to thrive in ambiguous cross-functional projects across Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM
