  • High school diploma required. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in pharmacy or health care credentialing or licensing. Two (2) plus years preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office and Google computer based software
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly effective oral and written communication skills
  • Manages and submits state and federal licensing applications, renewals, and re-credentialing for all pharmacy and on- site technology locations
  • Catalogs and ensures proper indexing of license and registration numbers, and original legal documents
  • Responsible for maintaining legal databases with license, registration numbers and expiration dates
  • Manages filing calendars and works proactively to manage upcoming filing deadlines
  • Communicates with state and federal agencies for inquiries, status updates, and/or issue resolution
  • Coordinates and reports filing statuses to management on a routine basis
  • Cross train with other support departments within the office to provide task backup coverage when needed (PTO coverage, etc.)
  • Participate in various education, training, policy discussions, and team meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor to support the needs of the business
