Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years experience in benefits administration and management of benefits programs in the U.S.
  • 5+ years experience in payroll processing and management of the payroll function for U.S.-based payroll
  • Team player with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, global, service-oriented environment
  • Capacity to prioritize across multiple issues and respond with urgency
Responsibilities
  • Drive the evolution of benefits programs
  • Manage the administration of existing employee benefits plans
  • Oversee benefit annual renewals and enrollment process
  • Manage relationships with brokers and vendors for health plan administration
  • Prepare government filings and tax-reporting requirements
  • Administer leave programs and process ADA accommodation requests
  • Manage U.S. and Canada Payroll functions
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal payroll regulations
  • Manage relationships with global external vendors and service providers
  • Conduct compensation reviews and maintain salary structures
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting payroll and benefits
  • Serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries
