Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience working with Walmart, Sam's Club, or another retailer in a technical or customer service role.
  • Experience with SQL (GCP BigQuery preferred) and BI Tools (Tableau, Grafana, or PowerBI preferred).
  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft and Google G-suite applications.
  • Reliability, dependability, and flexibility with changing customer requirements is required.
  • Must be a self-starter and detail oriented.
  • Knowledge of Retail Link, Luminate, and other retailer data platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Python and other technical programming languages.
  • Jira, ZenDesk, and Confluence are a plus but not required.
  • Ability to speak a foreign language is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively monitor data that is collected from field robot operations.
  • Support Pilot Programs and internal Brain Corp projects.
  • Follow through on technical and non-technical actions that are identified through the robot fleet monitoring (including communication, training, and support).
  • Prepare and deliver internal/external reports as needed/requested.
  • Take the necessary actions to respond to collected data to include triage of problems, escalate and track problems, and contact customer sites and personnel as needed.
  • Be able to independently resolve common technical issues that have been trained on.
