- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end planning, designing, implementing, testing, monitoring, and maintaining of converged IT infrastructure
- VMWare ESXi, Greenlake skills required
- Infrastructure, Server and System Admin
- Experience managing data center technologies including planning, development, implementation and support
- Advanced knowledge of the virtualization
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and improve the efficiency of an organization's IT infrastructure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Relevant certifications in VMware, Data storage, Virtualization and Networking.
- Ensure Infrastructure operations are effective and optimally established and supported across all layers including server, data storage, backup, virtualization and Network monitoring
- Engage, plan and work with stakeholders and team members to determine, implement and oversee infrastructure requirements
- Provide regular reviews of overall infrastructure health, performance, and capacity
- Active involvement in development and execution of backup and disaster recovery architecture planning
- Perform infrastructure vulnerability assessments and remediation
- Lead capacity planning and performance monitoring engagements
- Plan and support data protection and recovery efforts
- Infrastructure troubleshooting and analysis of logs
- Administration, provisioning, optimization of NetApp and Dell/EMC storage systems
