Requirements
  • Ability to operate a pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and effectively prioritize the warehouse with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to make decisions related to all aspects of shipping and receiving in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant warehouse or back-end retail experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, climb, bend, lift, push, pull, and carry.
  • Ability to move products using ladders and stock pickers.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the store management team with the day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
  • Unload, stock, and retrieve merchandise in the store's backroom.
  • Keep logistics records up to date.
  • Supervise, coach, and train warehouse team members on warehouse processes.
  • Manage warehouse inventory and control losses, damages, and thefts.
  • Communicate merchandise arrivals to the store team to ensure appropriate stock turnaround time.
  • Print relevant receiving reports to ensure all items are received or sent with no outstanding purchase orders or transfers.
