Road Map:
This role is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates, while growing a strong talent pipeline. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers while maintaining excellent applicant experience.
What Your Ride Will Look Like:
- Collaborates with department managers to update and/or draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role and the needs of the organization.
- Reviews/screens resumes, schedule interviews, assists with interview question preparation, works with hiring managers throughout screening process.
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
- Conducts thorough reference checking.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and VP of P&C during the offer process.
- Ensures all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Sources active and passive candidates by using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Ensures a professional and positive candidate experience; provide organization information, opportunities, and benefit information.
- Promotes company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
- Ensures all applicants participate in Criteria assessment process and results are tracked and uploaded into candidate file.
- Tracks appropriate recruiting metrics: Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, Source of Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate
Show Off What You’ve Got:
- 3-5 years’ recruiting experience; exempt/non-exempt roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or relevant field
- Champions workplace diversity
- Good working knowledge of employment law and legislation
- Ability to conduct different modes of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.) and various interview processes (phone/video interviewing)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in technology and sales recruiting
- Effective negotiating skills
- Knowledge of applicant tracking software programs and online candidate sourcing websites
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Possesses and demonstrates Bestpass Core Competencies and Values
Fuel Gauge: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 depending on experience.
