  • Ensures a professional and positive candidate experience; provide organization information, opportunities, and benefit information

  • Ensures all applicants participate in Criteria assessment process and results are tracked and uploaded into candidate file
  • Tracks appropriate recruiting metrics: Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, Source of Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate
